■新人教育のむつかしさ
今年入社した人材に関して，友人と話したことだが，，，
最近の30歳前後の人材は，どうも責任感，継続性に乏しい気がする。何をやらせてもすべて自分の価値で完結してしまい，周囲への思いやりを持たない。たとえば専門職の力を持たないから手元として修行させる。修行ゆえにその上司も我慢して使う。やらせる内容も程度の低いものである。その状況を客観的に判断できずそれですべて自分の仕事を完結していると勘違いする。その勘違いを是正するために苦言を奏すると泣き出す始末，仕方なくノルマではなくじっくり取り掛かれる課題を与えると，いかにも学生が課題を提出するかのように未完成のものをじっくりと行い未完成のまま放置して我が生活に戻ろうとする。しかもそれに対して何の反省も無く充分であると考えている。以前の新人ならプロとして完成度を上げるために我が時間を犠牲にしてでも力をつけようと努力したものであるが，そんな気配は見られない。困ったものである。
